The Gray Quarter Document Consolidator is a new offering that can connect to an Agency's existing Accela Civic Platform and merge attachments into a single PDF output and stores it on the originating record on the Accela Civic Platform. The product greatly streamlines the ability to create a consolidated user-friendly PDF that allows for easier review by the applicant, external approving agencies, and others.
Locate your Record
Our integration ties into the Record List, after finding your records navigate to that attachments and launch the consolidation.
Confirm your Record
Confirm the Record ID and submit the record to the processing queue.
Consolidated Plans Available
Once the consolidation process completes the consolidated plans are uploaded back into the Record where the consolidation was activated from.

The service may be configured to include an optional cover page that provides a summary of the contents. Different coverage pages can be created for each record type
