Loomis, CA – January 6, 2025 – TruePoint Solutions, LLC (“TruePoint”), a leading provider of government software implementation and support services, announced today the merger with Gray Quarter, Inc. (“Gray Quarter”) a software development and professional services provider that specializes in delivering modern solutions and services to state and local government clients for land management, permitting and licensing, and asset management.
The combination of TruePoint and Gray Quarter provides increased scale and capabilities and will allow the combined company to continue to deliver best-in-class service to its more than 300 combined customers.
