Your customers and plan review staff are always working from the latest set—without losing access to any sheet history, including related issues, comments, and markups.

The Digital Plan Room provides “Interactive Issue Resolution” communication workflow functionality across review cycles ensuring your customers and plan reviewers are always on the same page. The Interactive Issue Resolution functionality makes the Correction Reporting process for plan reviewers and the Resolution Reporting process for your design professional customers intuitive and interactive delivering quantifiable results. ePermitHub Configuration

The Digital Plan Room comes with all the necessary Accela scripts pre-built and out-of-the-box, and configuration is managed using the Accela admin tools you already know, such as: Standard Choices, Role-based Security, Document Types, Communication Manager, Data Manager, and Visual Workflow Designer. Further, the Digital Plan Room leverages your existing Document Management Services already integrated with your Accela software. Meaning, there are no additional interface requirements to ensure all plan review related documents are kept safe for storage and archival purposes right where you want them.
