Anthony Duarte brings standardization and best practices to Gray Quarter Professional Services

We’re excited to have Anthony Duarte on board as we continue to drive innovation and excellence. Gray Quarter welcomed Anthony Duarte to the team in March 2024 as Vice President of Professional Services. Anthony brings 14 years of experience in government technology, a vast background in technical services, engineering, and customer success. Anthony joined Gray Quarter with the goal of aligning the professional services team to ensure our customers have consistent experiences and the highest quality implementation of products and services.

One of Anthony’s key projects is to drive the success and value proposition of Gray Quarter’s flagship product, G-WIZ. In doing so, he is creating and building out additional use cases to continue to drive G-WIZ value to clients. As G-WIZ moves beyond the traditional permitting and business licensing decision tool to help solve other customers’ challenges, Anthony will continue to be at the forefront of this trajectory. Anthony’s dedication to discovering new ways to use G-WIZ is inspired by customer’s challenges and unique legislative requirements. These solutions are then crafted into reusable and sustainable processes to ensure they blend into the existing platform.

Anthony also brings a deep level of experience delivering large-scale enterprise projects. As Gray Quarter continues its growth trajectory, Anthony will continue to be a key leader in helping Gray Quarter with that growth and scale while still maintaining the core values Gray Quarter has been known for since it began.

Anthony is a native of Massachusetts, proud coffee nerd and enjoys traveling with his family. You’ll often find Anthony providing restaurant recommendations or places you must visit while in a new city. Gray Quarter is proud to have Anthony on the team.
