Implementation Consultant

Gray Quarter is looking for a talented Implementation Consultant for our Accela implementation and managed service practice. In this exciting role you will work with multiple City, County, and State Governments to design and build solutions for customers using the Accela Civic Platform.

• Conduct analysis sessions and capture business requirements for a variety of domains, including Land Management, Business Licensing, Professional Licensing, Code Enforcement, Asset Management 

• Design solutions that meet customer needs 

• Develop, test, and document completed solutions 

• Deliver training programs to ensure end-users are comfortable and proficient with the system 

• Provide end-user and technical training on completed solutions 

• Work with the Gray Quarter team to expand our out of the box solution offerings 

• Participate in other technical components (Scripting, Data Conversion/Migration, Report Development) 

• 3+ years of consulting implementation experience with Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) software

• 2+ years of implementing the Accela Civic Platform

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 additional years of consulting implementation experience

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Strong presentation experience

• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• JavaScript experience

• Ability to travel 50-75%

• Ability to work from a home office

• Passion for working with government clients

• Project Management and/or Experience leading Managed Services accounts

• SQL Script experience

• Report Development using SSRS or Crystal Reports

• C# .NET, Java, or Nodejs programming

• JavaScript experience
